Event Note: Brewers Making Wine
On Wednesday, July 31st from 5-8p, I’ll be moderating a panel of brewers who have begun making wine. I am including the details below, and I hope to see you there!
Attendees will have the chance to explore the innovative creations of brewers who have ventured into the realm of winemaking. The event will feature wines from:
Matt Van Wyk - Alesong Brewing and Blending

Ron Extract - Garden Path Fermentation
The evening will include a discussion panel with all the featured producers. The panel will begin at 6:30 PM, providing attendees with an opportunity to engage directly with the winemakers and learn about their unique processes and inspirations.
Tickets for the event are priced at $35 at the door, with a limited number available online for pre-purchase at $30. Each ticket includes:
Two wine flights totaling nine different wines
A tasting guide with space for notes
10% off all bottle sales during the event
"Bottle Shock: Wine Made by Brewers" is designed to appeal to both beer drinkers curious about wine and wine drinkers interested in the innovative cross-over between brewing and winemaking.
We will have cheesemonger La Femme Fromage in the taproom selling charcuterie cups and shareable boxes to go along with the wines. Additionally, The Barter will be out in Fenwick Plaza selling burgers and other delicious bites!
