Sun, Oct 24, 2:00 pm, 3205 Washington Blvd, free
Very excited to see Firestone Walker's experimental Venice brewery, the Propagator, where I'll have a conversation with brewer Sam Tierney (and possibly others). Sam is brewing an old-school American bock based on a 1909 recipe that we hatched together. We’ll sample that when I’m there and talk about American lagers and their evolution—among many other things. I'll sign books and hang out with folks.
