Alworth's House of Overlooked and Unpopular Beers
<Thought Experiment>
When I am rich, I will open a bottle shop/pub called Alworth's House of Overlooked and Unpopular Beers. There will be two cask engines pouring proper ales, a barrel of kellerbier or altbier on the bar, and taps with rauchbier, gueuze, old ale--or whatever I can find from the island of misfit styles. I will have bottles of mostly imported beer, but in styles like Polish Baltic Porter and the Belgian beers most people don't know (Kerkom will enjoy an honored place). If you want a Danish hay beer, you'll find nobody drinking it at Alworth's.
Few will come, but those who do--ah, what interesting people they will be!
