For fourteen years, with extremely rare exceptions, I’ve blogged week in and week out. The world turns, empires rise and fall, and I talk about malt and hops. I’m just not up to it this week. It turns out there are moments when it just isn’t in me to write about malt and hops. Things will resume soon enough—but not this week.
